Dead Mans Fingers - Passion...

Not one gold medal. Not two. But four golds at the Rum and Cachaca Masters 2020; one each for Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced, Hemp, Coffee, and Coconut Rum. The pineapple was too new to be entered but next year we expect big things because it too is yummy.

Plantation Rum - XO 20th...

£53.49

A blend of the company's oldest reserves, this rum is something else. Selected rums aged for long years in the Caribbean are painstakingly blended by our cellar master at Chateau de Bonbonnet then matured in small French oak casks for a further 12 to 18 months. Double aging gives the rum an incomparably round and creamy palate.

St Nicholas Abbey - 5 Year Old

£76.99

This artisanal 5 year old is one of the finest Bajan rums.

The aged rum is hand-bottled straight from the barrel in an elegant glass decanter individually etched with an image of the St. Nicholas Abbey great house. The decanter is sealed with a mahogany cork topped with hand-embossed leather, symbolic of the island's first mahogany trees, planted on Cherry Tree Hill over 250 years ago.
