The bitter almond is a traditional Portuguese liquor, particularly of the southern region, Algarve. It is produced by traditional and unique processes and can be consumed simple (fresh) with ice (crushed or on the rocks), together with lemon juice or as an ingredient in a cocktail.

Casal Mendes Rosé is a pale pink wine with an intense fragrance, fruity with some notes of pineapple and banana. Good acidity, which gives it great freshness and balance.
Gazela has a very light yellow citrine colour, with a slight fizz that enhances its bouquet, flavours and freshness. Aromatic and engaging, Gazela adds to its citrine and tropical fruit notes a lively and stimulating acidity, very well balanced by a slight touch of sugar. The end product is a simple, versatile and very attractive wine.
Wine with crystal clear citrine colour, fruity aroma, fine and elegante. It is mellow, fresh, smooth and complex on the palate. The finishis is extremely harmonious, showing the grapes from which it is made.
This wine has a crystal clear garnet colour, with a nose full of red fruit. A mellow and full-bodied wine with soft tannins gives it a lingering finish.
Monte Velho Red is an alentejo wine of clear ruby colour. Reveals ripe red berry fruits with dry vegetable notes, complex and subtle. It is a fresh and elegant wine with good balance and structure.
An elegant Pinot Noir based sparkling is gently refreshing and has a lovely mouth feel. Carefully blended from our barrel aged reserves is has a wonderfully soft fruit character redolent of red apples and subtle spices.

This sparkling wine is made using the traditional Champagne method and traditional champagne grapes of Pinot Noir, burgundy clone, and our favourite Pinot Blanc vines.
