Macieira is obtained from wine brandy with a minimum aging of six months in oak casks. Its subtle aroma is the result of the original recipe and the distillation of Arinto, Periquita, Trincadeira and Fernão Pires grapes.

The bitter almond is a traditional Portuguese liquor, particularly of the southern region, Algarve. It is produced by traditional and unique processes and can be consumed simple (fresh) with ice (crushed or on the rocks), together with lemon juice or as an ingredient in a cocktail.

Port Calém Velhotes Ruby is a young and energic Port wine revealing a deep ruby color and a bouquet of red berries. Its aromas are fruity and young. The palate is soft, elegant and balanced.

Casal Mendes Rosé is a pale pink wine with an intense fragrance, fruity with some notes of pineapple and banana. Good acidity, which gives it great freshness and balance.

Gazela has a very light yellow citrine colour, with a slight fizz that enhances its bouquet, flavours and freshness. Aromatic and engaging, Gazela adds to its citrine and tropical fruit notes a lively and stimulating acidity, very well balanced by a slight touch of sugar. The end product is a simple, versatile and very attractive wine.

Wine with crystal clear citrine colour, fruity aroma, fine and elegante. It is mellow, fresh, smooth and complex on the palate. The finishis is extremely harmonious, showing the grapes from which it is made.

This wine has a crystal clear garnet colour, with a nose full of red fruit. A mellow and full-bodied wine with soft tannins gives it a lingering finish.

Monte Velho Red is an alentejo wine of clear ruby colour. Reveals ripe red berry fruits with dry vegetable notes, complex and subtle. It is a fresh and elegant wine with good balance and structure.

An elegant Pinot Noir based sparkling is gently refreshing and has a lovely mouth feel. Carefully blended from our barrel aged reserves is has a wonderfully soft fruit character redolent of red apples and subtle spices.

This sparkling wine is made using the traditional Champagne method and traditional champagne grapes of Pinot Noir, burgundy clone, and our favourite Pinot Blanc vines.

A light subtle sparkling rosé, petal pink with a pleasant persistent mousse, a delicate nose, light and crisp on the palate, displaying mellowing orchard fruit. Another vintage Brut blended from Seyval Blanc and Triomphe d'Alsace grapes. It is made in the traditional 'methode champenoise', fermented in the bottle.

Affectionately Known as Mad Angie, a lovely wine from Suffolk, England.

Giffords Hall Rosé Wine - A MW judge described it as ‘white peach and roses, crisp acidity, delicate but concentrated with white fruit and floral accent’.

Named in honour of their home town. St Edmundsbury Cathedral has a great history - vines were grown within the Abbey Walls and in medieval times.

The result of over 230 years of wisdom and tradition. A beautiful, alluring, dark mahogany colour with subtle golden highlights.

Aromas of oak wood, with notes of wallnut, fig and hazelnut. On the palate, it is extremely silky with a luxurious, sophisticated aftertaste.

Hennessy Paradis is a blend of over one hundred very old "eaux-de-vie" from Cognac's finest growing regions. They matured amongst the most remarkable collection of rare "eaux-de-vie" on the world.

Nose: Sweet, alcoholic, with notes of aged wine brandy, wood, seeds and aromatic plants.

The essence of a great Pinot noir is the purity of fruit and the structure of the wine. This wine has this essence, substantiated by its natural acidity.

The colour has a wonderful luminosity, reminiscent of ripe cherries. The nose holds a combination of red berry, spice, mushrooms and dark chocolate.

The palate is a continuation of all found on the nose.

Structured and poised, with a tantalising mineral core.

The natural acidity makes it a perfect partner with a diversity of dishes. Game fish, game birds and venison work very well, as does grilled beef and strong, hard cheese.
